ST. MATTHEW CHURCH USAGE
Funerals: Tables and chairs should be picked up and put away and church will be clean or a charge of extra cleaning will be billed to the family.
Weddings: All decorations will need to be removed after ceremony and church will be put back into original arrangement. Any food or snacks will be removed from kitchen and church will be clean or make arrangements before the service with the cleaning person or committee to pay for cleaning.
Non-Members:
A deposit of $150.00 is needed. If the church is left in satisfactory condition, $50.00 will be returned.
Other meetings or groups:
Members of St. Matthew:
Can use the church facilities free of charge as long as church is cleaned up after each event and has council’s approval for usage.
Non-Members or Organizations:
Has to have approval of usage by the church council before time of event. Council meetings are normally held every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
